Refund policy
At AskTaTa Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at support@asktatanutrition.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the unopened product
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AskTaTa Nutrition is not responsible for lost return packages.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@asktatanutrition.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
