This is an excellent vitamin supplement that contains many of the ingredients that one expects to improve hair, skin and nails.Made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients, this supplement is manufactured in a GMP certified facility and third-party certified for purity and potency.I have found these ingredients to work and am please to find a single supplement that contains what I have previously been taking in several different supplements.These normal sized capsules are full of a white powder that has a slightly medicinal / earthy smell and a taste that would be hard to disguise if put into coffee or tea, or onto food.When compared to similar supplements these seem to provide a fair value.

The supplement itself seems well made and doesn't have any artificial or chemical smells or tastes to it. More importantly, my wife noticed new hair growth at the brow line after a few weeks of taking this. And this is after some years of struggling with thinning hair. The hair growing in was both thicker (in terms of hairs per scalp area) and also was growing slightly further down on the scalp - in other words, the reverse of a receding hairline. I guess you could call this an "expanding hairline" with thicker hair.This seems like a very good sign!
